How do I request a personalised necklace?
Enter the name on the product page, confirm its spelling, select the gold and necklace-length options, and choose “Request made to order.” Complete the enquiry form with your delivery country and postcode. Balusha confirms the design, production slot and quotation before payment.
Which materials are available?
The Aphrodite necklace is available by request in 18K and 22K yellow gold. Choose your material before sending an enquiry.
How long does production take?
Allow approximately 7 days after your design and order are confirmed. Delivery time is additional. Production slots are confirmed individually, so a request does not reserve a dispatch date.
Can I preview my name?
The product page provides an illustrative lettering preview. It is not a manufacturing proof. Final lettering, capitalisation and proportions are confirmed with you before production.
How many characters can I use?
The form supports up to 10 characters. For a longer name, a different script or a special request, contact Balusha before ordering.
How do I choose a chain length?
Use our necklace length guide and include any preferred measurement in your request. Balusha confirms the final length and price before payment.
Does sending the form place a paid order?
No. It sends an enquiry. Balusha first confirms the design, production availability, delivery charge and payment arrangements.
Can I change the spelling?
Contact Balusha as soon as possible. Changes must be agreed before production starts; after production begins, a change may require a new quotation.
